Engineer site drawings for courts using the existing footprint & layout. 3. Site preparation. 4. Installation of base material and asphalt in accordance with recommendations provided by S&ME Consulting Engineers, attachment 1. 5. Grading and court drainage infrastructure. 6. Tennis court net replacement. 7. 2ea basketball hoop replacement comparable to existing. 8. New vinyl coated perimeter fencing, mesh court screening, and access gates laid out to match existing. 9. All materials, equipment, supplies, furnishings, labor and supervision as necessary. 10. Application of two (2) color coatings. 11.
