The goal of the project is to improve the pavement quality of the roadway. The current pavement rating is 4 of 10. The project's scope includes South Park Street from the railroad to Olin Avenue. Design is planned for 2022 and construction is planned for 2026. This timeline aligns with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation timeline.
