Waste Disposal - DOC Raymond LaBorde

This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Waste Disposal Service to the Louisiana Department of Corrections for Raymond LaBorde Correctional Center, located at 1630 Prison Road, Cottonport, LA 71327. This contract shall be effective for a period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2023. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the contractor, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed thirty-six (36) months. The state of louisiana reserves the right to award items separately, grouped or on an all-or-none Basis and to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities Bids may be rejected if the delivery time indicated is longer than that specified in the solicitation.
