Description

As of January 31, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 13, 2023. The Project generally consists of: Installation of two (2) new Roof Top Units (RTUs) to upgrade the HVAC system of the High Service Pump Station at the City of Billings Water Treatment Plant. This includes additional ductwork in the facility and electrical connections to the existing system; demolition of existing membrane roofing; structural upgrades to the building roof, including new membrane roofing, insulation, and drains; and exterior roof access staircase and/or ladder modifications. This is generally described as the Installation of Owner Procured 55 Ton Roof Top Unit (RTU) and generally consists of: o Structural upgrades to the building roof. o Electrical connections to the existing system. o Ductwork in the facility. o New exterior ladder and demolition of existing. o Unloading and placement of the 50 Ton RTU at a location directed by the City on the WTP Site. o Assigned Owner Responsibilities associated with Assigned Contract No. 1, excluding payment responsibilities. Elements of the Work associated with the roofing membrane consisting of: o Demolition of the existing insulation and membrane roofing. o Installation of roof drain modifications. o Installation of new membrane insulation roofing.
