Description

Site development shall be in accordance with the zoning of the property. The property is on Esplanade Avenue and borders the historic 7th Ward and Trem neighborhoods near the French Quarter. The vacant parcel provides an opportunity for NORA and its development partners to create new affordable housing and/or neighborhood commercial opportunities in a historically significant district in proximity to job centers in the French Quarter and Central Business District. Respondents may attend an optional information meeting to be hosted by NORA. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
