Terminal 1 D- Tram Guideway Repair

This project is located at Harry Reid International Airport and entails the repair of the Terminal 1 D-Tram guideway. Repair Work includes crack repair on the D-Tram concrete running beam surfaces, concrete spalling, breakouts and pothole repair, and sealing the D-Tram concrete running beam surfaces of the two (2) each D-Gate Tram (North and South) Guideways between the C/D Checkpoint Loading Platform and the D-Gate Loading Platform. The OWNER, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 200d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
