| Description | Power wash and brush the roof at the south wing. Cut out and repair flaws in the existing cap sheet. Prime existing south wing roof. Provide and install new cold-applied cap sheet and flashing at perimeter, RTU’s, drains, expansion joint, penetrations, and roof area divider. Replace existing roofing system full depth in areas indicated, and where insulation is found to be wet or compromised. |
