Storm Sewer Cleaning

The Work is called Storm Sewer Cleaning and shall consist of vactor cleaning of various storm manholes, inlets and catch basins throughout the Village of Algonquin. A proposal guaranty in the proper amount, as specified in BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals, will be required. Bid Bonds will be allowed as a proposal guaranty. Accompanying this proposal is either a bid bon if allowed, on Department form BLR 12230 or as a proposal guaranty check, complying with the specifications, made payable to the Village of Algonquin. The amount of the check is 5% of the Bid amount Bids shall be made on the forms furnished by the Village and shall be submitted no later than the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Village of Algonquin, Attention: Deputy Clerk, 2200 Harnish Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102. Envelopes should be clearly marked, Sealed Bid Storm Sewer Cleaning. The bids will be opened at this location and read aloud. The Village of Algonquin reserves the right to reject any or all parts thereof, or waive any formality or technical errors, and to make the award in the best interest of the Village.
