SABER 911th Pittsburgh Construction

Set Aside: Competitive 8(a). The solicitation may be open to firms located in all regions nationwide; based on the outcome of this sources sought notice, it may be determined to be in the best interest of the Government to restrict competition to a particular geographical region. The final determination regarding set-aside type and geographical region restriction will be made by the Contracting Officer. The contract will include a wide variety of individual construction tasks as identified and based on the prices from the latest R.S. Means Master Cost Data and an applied coefficient. Firm Fixed price delivery/task orders will include a variety of trades including, but not limited to, excavation, utilities, roofing, siding, electrical, painting, plumbing, carpentry, roads and parking lot construction. It is anticipated that the performance period for this contract will consist of one base year with four option years.
