| Description | Top of World Indoor Pool and HVAC Renovations: The scope of this project consists of the repairs to the Indoor pool area. Existing skylights will be removed and new ceiling finishes applied. The roof will be insulated with new batt insulation. Existing lighting and fans will be replaced. The concrete deck will be sealed and walls repaired/replaced as needed. The existing mechanical equipment serving this portion of the building will be replaced with new equipment including new dehumidification units, gas furnaces and condensing units. New fabric ductwork will be installed in the pool area. Top of World Sports Complex Entrance: The scope of this project consists of replacing the existing entrance stairs to the Sports Complex Entrance. The new concrete stairs will be covered with a new wood framed roof. A new concrete foundation and waterproofing will be provided at the adjacent existing tennis court building foundation. |
