Seal Coating of Various Streets

The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the application of light weight black boiler slag seal coating or washed aggregate chip seal coating of various streets throughout the City of Watertown. All planholders will receive information via Quest on how to join the virtual meeting prior to the bid opening. Various City Streets. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. Bidding documents may be examined, by appointment only, at the Engineering Department from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays. This contract requires electronic bid bonds which may be submitted through Surety 2000 using contract #8102971. The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for opening Bids. Bidders shall prequalify with the City on forms in the bidding documents or on forms supplied by the Contractor not less than five (5) days before the opening of Bids.
