Description

The Construction Manager shall provide all preconstruction phase services necessary to establish a GMP as well as all construction phase services following award of the GMP for each school identified in this Project Notification. The Construction Manager may be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the Owner. The Construction Manager shall provide deferred maintenance, renovations, and repairs to school facilities which may include but not limited to ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, renovation and repair to school facilities which may include, but not limited to exterior doors, windows, finishes, electrical and lighting replacement, intercom/sound system, security system, fire alarm system, HVAC, Plumbing systems and restroom replacements, and other Work as may be required by the Owner.
