| Description | From roofing contractors make repairs to existing buildings for their High Rise and Low-Rise facilities and existing residential dwelling buildings for their 1, 2 3 story Low Rise facilities at various locations in Newark, NJ. The contract / lease term shall be for a period of two (2) years with an option to renew for one (1) additional year at the sole discretion of the NHA. Interested firms must be a roofing contractor and hold DPMC certification (C066-ROOFING-MEMBRANE EPDM) and all NJ required licenses should be in place. In addition, the contractor must obtain a license from the City of Newark prior to applying for permit to do the work. |
