| Description | The City of Eureka is accepting proposals for removal of the railroad caboose located in Legion Park, at a location numbered 333 Bald Hill Road. Bids shall be on forms included in the package and shall be signed by an authorized officer of the company. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Caboose Removal" on the outside, and directed to the attention of Craig E. Sabo, City Administrator. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
