Description

This project consists of replacing an existing cooler/freezer located in the elementary building. The contractor is to removethe existing cooler/freezer and associated doors, trim, piping and condenser units. Contractor is to provide materials and labor to install the new combination cooler/freezer boxin the existing location. The condenser units are to be located on the roof aboveits existing location. Electrical, mold remediation, floor preparation, roof penetration and condenser stands will be provided by others.
