Council Chambers Video Equipment Replacement

Scope of Work is to • Provide system design that integrates fully with the current audio equipment and allows for in house production capabilities. • Provide necessary equipment including video streaming equipment, cameras, mounting hardware, cables, power adapters, etc. • Identify suitable locations for mounting equipment. Please note: the selected vendor will be required to work with, and receive approval from, the Town’s Public Works Department. • Provide installation services for equipment (The vendor will be responsible for securing any required permits, if applicable.) • Provide maintenance agreement • Provide staff for on site production of Council and Planning and Zoning meetings is highly desirable but not required. Fees can be included in maintenance agreement. • Provide and administer the manufacturer’s warranty. • Provide the necessary training to Town Staff.
