Description | Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Request for Qualifications: Pre-qualification of Trade Contractors for the Brooke Charter School Mattapan, K-7 School Project: Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications are sought from interested Trade Contractors for the following categories of work: Masonry (ECC $330,000); Misc. Mtls. (ECC $75,000); Waterproofing (ECC $90,000); Roofing (ECC $190,000); Tile (ECC $40,000); ACT (ECC $185,000); Resilient (ECC 150,000); Painting (ECC $70,000); Fire Protection (ECC $115,000); Plumbing (ECC $255,000); HVAC (ECC $1,350,000); Electr. (ECC $980,000). Sub Bid Category Masonry; Misc. Metals; Waterproofing; Roofing and Flashing; Resilient Flooring; Tile; ACT; Painting; Fire Protection; Plumbing; HVAC; Electr. Brooke plans to construct a new, 12,500SF, 3-story addition and renovate 6,500SF of it's K-7 school. The facility will be occupied during the 16-months of phased constr. starting April 2023. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in M.G.L. c. 149A. Brooke through its Trade Contractor Prequal Committee is prequalifying firms interested in providing public Trade Contractor services on this Public CM at Risk project via this RFQ process. Brooke will evaluate submitted SOQs based upon the identified evaluation criteria and points set forth in the RFQ and only those firms obtaining the required minimum points will be deemed prequalified. Only those deemed prequalified will be invited to submit a bid in response to a RFB which will be issued in the second phase of the procurement process. The project delivery method for construction will be public CM at Risk with a GMP under M.G.L. c. 149A. The Arch. is Arrowstreet.
