Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work of replacement and upgrade to the pressure piping and hot water distribution systems as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, plumbing steam and condensate piping, electrical, monitoring equipment, controls, architectural, and related trades as necessary for a complete removal and replacement of piping, fixtures, waters heaters, and related items for complete and operable plumbing system installation and commissioning.
