Solid Waste Management Plan Update Deadline for Receiving Final RFQ Questions August 26, 2022 Offerors Interviews & Selection September - October, 2022 Contract Negotiations November 2022 Final Contract Submitted to Purchasing December 2022 Contract Approved by Board of County Commissioners January 2023 All questions regarding this Response must be presented in writing and emailed: asberryb@mcohio.org The successful Consultant shall furnish a bond to the Board covering faithful performance of the contract arising out of that Solicitation and payment of obligations arising there under in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the full sum provided for under the contract and that bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of that contract and shall remain in effect for the duration of the contract term. This requirement may be satisfied by the successful Consultant posting a bond, or by providing a letter of credit or a cashier's check in the amount specified. If the requirement is satisfied by a bond, the surety for such bond shall be a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio. Registrations shall be accepted only by the Senior Buyer until August 15, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. EST. An email containing the link shall be sent to all Offerors who register for the virtual option on August 16, 2022, by the end of business (4:00 p.m. EST.). The Board reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications. The Board further reserves the right to waive any irregularities or clerical error in a Statement of Qualifications and to accept that Statement of Qualifications where, in the judgment of the Board or its agents, it is in the best interest of the Board to do so. The Board also reserves the right to accept a part or parts of a Statement of Qualifications unless otherwise restricted in the Proposal Document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
