Description

The work will include but is not limited to the following tasks: 1) Pre-drilling plan. In conjunction with the Authority`s engineer, prepare and submit a pre-drilling plan containing all information prescribed by the Public Water Supply Manual Part II and set forth in the attached letter from PA DEP dated March 13, 2018. 2) Aquifer test monitoring plan. Upon receipt of PA DEP review of pre-drilling plan, prepare and submit an aquifer test monitoring plan in accordance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Aquifer Testing Guidance for Public Water Systems (document number 394-2125-001) and any other requirements set forth by DEP in their review of the pre-drilling plan. 3) Test well. Upon receipt of DEP clearance, a test well will be advanced to a depth determined in the first two steps of the work. The type and scope of the test to be conducted shall be set forth in your bid response.
