Description

1. The City of Tarpon Springs requests bids for the removal and replacement of an air conditioner in the City Cultural Center located at 101 S. Pinellas Ave. in Tarpon Springs. This building is a 1915 historic structure. 2. The air conditioner, a 1980 Weather King needs replacement. The old unit is a model HCH 044S-1B, with serial number 48805-160408. This unit is located in the facility crawl space beneath the building. The flooring above the unit in the gallery may be removed for work but must be replaced in its identical location and condition. See photos on next pages. 3. Work is to include project administration, management, and all mechanical engineering and work for complete removal and replacement of old unit. All surfaces must be cleaned, refinished, and restored to original to complete installation.
