Longview Drive - White Rock - Los Alamos County

This will be a joint project between DPU and the Public Works Department to reconstruct Longview Drive and upgrade the existing utilities. The aged existing utilities will be replaced prior to reconstructing the new roadway. Some existing utilities will be relocated from existing easements into the street right-of-way to free up the properties for new development. The work will potentially be funded by the County economic development budget. This project is in included in the County of Los Alamos FY 2023 - Adopted Budgets. As of October 21, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
