| Description | The purpose of this project is to modernize the HVAC distribution system in the buildings at 690 and 700 Kipling St. The HVAC distribution system in each building is comprised of central air handlers with fan powered VAV boxes that feed the perimeter offices and moduline VAV diffusers that cool the central open office spaces. The existing VAV units are 32 years old, have reached their end of useful life, and will be replaced. The project will be accomplished in 2 phases starting with 690 Kipling. |
