Aurora Water T and D Criticality Study

Qualified firms to provide engineering services for the project identified above. This RFP is being solicited under a multi-step procurement procedure consisting of three phases. The first step requires all consultants to submit proposals addressing those items cited in Section II, Proposal Submittal Requirements, of this RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Section III, Evaluation Criteria, to select a short list of consultants for further evaluation. Only those consultants who are placed on the short list on the basis of the evaluation criteria will be considered during the second phase. During the second phase, interviews will be held with the short-listed consultants, if needed.
