Reverse Osmosis Train Maintenance

Review up to date operational data. Perform functional test of emergency shutdown and alarm features of the system. Record current operational data and evaluate on site performance. Inspect pretreatment systems including scale inhibitor injection system, cartridge filters housings for maintenance recommendations. Calibrate all pH and conductivity meters. Calibrate all Skid & CIP magnetic flowmeters. Record RO data for archiving including feed water SDI. Inspection of RO Control Panels for loose wires & components, functioning PLC & lights, fuses. Inspect high pressure feed pumps, R/O trains including piping, vessels and frames for leaks or maintenance recommendations, technician will attempt to repair minor leaks Check calibration of all on-skid flow meters and calibrate meters if required Check calibration of all on-skid pressure transmitters and calibrate Calibrate all on skid conductivity meters. Adjust system operating set points to meet design specifications. Evaluate membrane performance and assess data for cleaning or maintenance recommendations Provide a written report following the inspection containing an evaluation of the operating data, a copy of the technician’s log and recommendations for cleaning maintenance.
