Above Ground Fuel Storage System at Pistapaug Pond Water Treatment Plant

Consist of site work, excavation, removal of existing underground fuel oil storage tank and piping, soil sampling and analysis in accordance with the requirements of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) underground storage tank closure, removal, stockpiling, and disposal of contaminated soils if encountered, furnishing, placing and compacting granular fill material, furnishing and installing a temporary above ground fuel storage tank and piping for the generator, furnishing and installing new above ground fuel storage facility including, above ground fuel oil storage tank, insulated above ground piping, replacing the existing single pump generator day tank with a duplex pump day tank, tank monitoring system, tank accessories, electrical work, site restoration
