Description This contract includes construction of approximately 675 square yards (SY) of 4" of concrete sidewalk, 75 square yards (SY) of 6" concrete driveways, and 13 concrete curb ramps. Additionally, approximately 630 SY of existing 4" concrete sidewalk will be removed and replaced, 25 SY of existing 6" concrete driveways will be removed and replaced, and 3 existing concrete curb ramps will be removed and replaced. Also, asphalt paving will be required on O`Connor Street. The work is to take place along the following streets: 1) Mayflower Drive and Cobb Street 2) Holders Road 3) Van Wert Street 4) O’Connor Street All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with all reference plans and specifications herein.
