Description

Chippewa Wild Ricing Site Access Project Description The intent of this project is to provide safe and environmentally friendly public access to two high priority wild rice gathering areas located on State of Minnesota and U.S. National Forest lands. This will be achieved through the installation of floating boardwalks. The project is comprised of all required labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the following work: Work includes but is not limited to mobilization, erosion control, site protection and stabilization, and providing, constructing, and installing two floating boardwalks. Work may also include snow removal to access the site(s) for winter construction. This project is a total small business set-aside with NAICS code 238130, size standard $16.5M The estimated magnatude of this project is between $100k and $500k. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
