Renovation of existing lab storage space into a new BSL-3 lab. Work includes demolition of existing walls, new walls, mechanical, plumbing, power, lighting, and lab equipment. Each Bid shall enclose Bid Security, as specified in Section 00100 Instructions to Bidders (and as specified in Section 00310 Bid Bond, if a Bid Bond is enclosed), in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Base Bid.
