Description

To replace the basketball court at Millennium Park, 1415 Maynard Ave, Walker MI 49534. The project can be bid as (2) two options, asphalt pavement or an alternate bid of post-tension concrete. The project consists of: • Removal of existing pavement, contractor may crush and shape in place or haul away • Removal of existing soil to pavement sub-base depth • Existing basketball poles to remain. • HMA pavement or optional alternate post-tension concrete can be used Refer to Exhibit attached for Demolition & Layout Plan and other Project details
