Work generally includes all exterior wood elements including decorative cornices, porches (and components) , windows and doors. Important: all window and door work that includes glazing, is covered under Hazmat specific drawings and is part of the work. Project includes both lead containing work (paint) and asbestos (glazing). Work also includes the painting of an adjacent small HVAC building (exterior).
