Renovate Security Upgrades Room 401, Bldg. 351

This project includes, but is not limited to the following, the selective demolition of existing construction and complete new interior renovations to provide secure office configurations for Room 401 of Bldg. 351 of Eglin AFB. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 30 November 2020. The performance period is 300 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the specifications.
