| Description | W91ZRS20C0002 AASF Fire Suppression Building, includes alterations and additions to an existing building that houses fire suppression equipment. The intent is to replace aging equipment and provide adequate space for the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in Windsor Locks, CT. Applicable Construction Requirements will include, at a minimum: concrete, metals and metal framing, thermal and moisture protection, openings and doors, exterior and Interior finishes, fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, electronic safety, earthwork, and exterior improvements to soil and turf. |
