| Description | The work consists of removing three 2,000,000 btuH Weil-McLain cast-iron section boilers with LPG Power flame burners and three (Taco) dedicated internal circulators; two (Taco) campus heating-pump circulating systems; Trane 100-ton helical rotary screw chiller condensing package (twin compressors) with remote tube-bundle heat-exchanger; two (Taco) campus cooling-pump circulating systems; two building-interconnect utility tunnel/manways (concrete). All supply and return chilled and heated water piping, refrigerant piping, valves, expansion tanks, air vents, dampers actuators, etc. Renovations will include installing new chiller with remote evaporator, two-chiller pumps, two condensing boilers, heating water pumps, two-unit heaters, two building-interconnect utility tunnel/manways (concrete). All supply and return chilled and heated water piping, refrigerant piping, valves, expansion tanks, air-vents, dampers, actuators etc. |
