Description | Liquidated Damages $100/Day Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 01/18/2023 12:00 PM (PST) Installation of Bottle Filling Stations at Oak Park & Stevens Park. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. SCOPE OF WORK - OAK PARK 1. Remove existing drinking fountain (See Attachment A) and transport to the City yard. 2. Assemble the owner-supplied bottle filling station using the Owner's Manual (See Attachment C) instructions. 3. Lay out the anchoring points onto the existing concrete slab. Provide and install stainless steel Hilti drop-in anchors with stainless steel hardware. 4. Install the bottle filling station, securing it onto the existing concrete slab. Shim the base of the station to allow it to be installed level and plumb. 5. Dy pack under the base of the station. 6. Complete the final plumbing connections onto the existing service piping. 7. Test and inspect the completed installation. Clean up the work area and transport the debris generated by the project to the recycle center. 5.3 SCOPE OF WORK - STEVENS PARK 1. Install piping from existing water main line. 2. Install a French drain that is 24" length x 24" wide x 24" deep underneath where the bottle filling station will be installed. Fill the drain with 3/4 " gravel. 3. Install a concrete pad that is 52" length x 36" wide x 7" deep, between the restrooms and the playground. The concrete pad will go next to the sidewalk in the planter bed. See map (See Attachment B). Install a sleeve in the concrete pad for drainage. 4. Lay out the anchoring points onto the existing concrete slab. Provide and install stainless steel Hilti drop-in anchors with stainless steel hardware. 5. Assemble the owner-supplied bottle filling station using the Owner's Manual (See Attachment C) instructions. 6. Install the bottle filling station, securing it onto the concrete slab. Shim the bases of the station to allow it to be installed level and plumb. 7. Dry pack under the base of the station. 8. Complete the final plumbing connections onto the service piping. 9. Test and inspect the completed installation. Clean up the work area and transport the debris generated by the project to the recycle center. |
