Description

To upgrade the audio and video system in the Council Chambers, including but not limited to, new cameras, streaming equipment, microphones, projector (2), speakers and broadcasting software. The new equipment will replace the existing system and will be used to conduct meetings (Council, Commissions/Boards, Training Session, etc.) from Council Chambers in City Hall. The City’s current analog Audio/Video equipment was installed nearly 13 years ago and has surpassed its lifespan. The City is also utilizing outdated broadcasting software to operate the cable channel and digital messaging boards that do not allow for digital media to be uploaded.
