Citywide Tree and Shrub Maintenance and Removal Services

The City of Hurst is soliciting sealed bids to award an annual service agreement for tree and shrub maintenance and removal. Included in this agreement, the successful Contractor may also be assigned code enforcement and public works tree work as designated by the City. The successful tree services Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and public safety equipment necessary to perform this work. The successful tree services Contractor (primary Contractor) shall provide tree and shrub maintenance, as needed, during a twelve (12) month period at City owned facilities. At the City's option, this award may be renewed annually for four (4) additional 12-month periods. This will be a multi-Contractor agreement whereby, should the primary Contractor be unable to fulfill the City's order in the time frame requested, then the City reserves the right to use another Contractor (secondary Contractor).
