| Description | The project consists of alterations and improvements to the Whitehall High School Football Stadium located on Zephyr Boulevard in Whitehall, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Plumbing Construction Contract: The Work under this Contract for Construction includes all construction and other activities traditionally recognized as plumbing and fire suppression work required by any of the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, the plumbing and fire protection drawings, specification Divisions 01 and 22, except when specifically assigned to another Contract for Construction. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. Selective demolition of existing Plumbing System. b. Domestic hot and cold water piping inside the buildings including final connections to all fixtures and equipment furnished by others. c. Plumbing fixtures. d. Sanitary waste and vent piping inside the building. e. Natural Gas piping system to all gas consuming equipment. Include shut-off valves and regulators. f. Rainwater Conductor piping inside the building including final connections to roof drains provided by others |
