| Description | Remove steps on front porch and the 2 bump outs. Install treated steps and handrails on both side of new steps.Center new steps on the door and as wide as the front walk. Repair the shake siding and corners where the bump outs are, blinding them back into existing siding. Building permit required. Install new aluminum soffit and fascia over the old wood soffit and wood fascia. Drill holes in old soffit for ventilation on overhangs. Use vented soffit for all the guttered areas. Install solid soffit on all the eves. Building permit required. Install new 5” gutters and new downs with 4’ minimum tails. Remove and replace rear storm door, equal value to what is already there. |
