Description | Start Date: June 10, 2022 End Date: Three years from start date The resulting contract is for one year with two (2) one-year renewal options for a possible maximum term of three (3) years. If either the Contractor(s) or DHEC elects not to renew the contract, the Bureau of Business Management must be notified in writing at least 90 days prior to the contract renewal or expiration date. The Underground Storage Tank (UST) Management Division of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) is seeking services to install and maintain Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) units at siteswith petroleum releases from regulated underground storage tank sites in accordance with the conditions and specificationsof the Bid. All Offerors must be South Carolina-Certified (Class I or Class II) Site Rehabilitation Contractors with an approved Annual Contractor Quality Assurance Plan on file with the UST Management Division. Services to install and maintain Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Units |
