Description

In accordance with 23 CFR Part 774.5 (Use of Public Park Land and Historic Sites under Section 4(f) of the US Department of Transportation Act of 1966), NYSDOT is soliciting comments on the effects this project may have on the adjacent Section 4f protected properties discussed below. At Location 1, the proposed improvements require the use of a small strip of the adjacent property historically known as the Zeh Family Farm. This property has been determined to be eligible for the National Register of Historic Places by the NYS Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). The proposed improvements will require the use of 0.28 acre of the 28.5 acre property
