Description

• Replace Under Slab Sewer Piping to exterior clean-out at front of building. • Bath Renovations • New Bath Accessories • New Floor Tile • New LVT Flooring • Remove & reinstall base cabinets, countertops, ranges, refrigerators and washing machines. Caulk countertops along wall. • Complete cleaning of ranges and refrigerators; See Deduct Alternate to omit in Form of Bid. • Replace the galvanized pipe and washer box in each apartment. (Note: piping from kitchen sink to floor has previously been replaced per Owner and is not part of work.) • Asbestos Abatement per the Abatement Designer, One Source Environmental (Owner’s separate Consultant). • Provide all other work as shown or indicated on plans, in the Project Manual and as required by Codes and the authority having jurisdiction.
