Description

- The City of Ormond Beach will provide all materials to replace broken PEP tanks. - The City of Ormond Beach will evacuate all material from the existing PEP tank. - Based on site conditions and consultation with the City staff, the CONTRACTOR shall remove or abandon in place the existing PEP tank. - The Contractor shall be responsible to request utility locates. - The Contractor shall be responsible to coordinate with City staff to acquire the necessary material from the City’s storage facility. The following are typical installation materials to be provided by the City of Ormond Beach: - 1050gl PEP System Assy. - CPEH5A Champion Pump. - 1 1/2" Swing Check valve. - 1 1/2" Union. - 1" Sch40 pvc pipe. - 12ga stranded wire. - 4" Cleanout Adaptor. - 4" pvc pipe. - 4" brass cleanout plug. - The Contractor shall install the new PEP tank to match the existing grade of the gravity sewer coming from the residence. - The Contractor shall make all connections, both electrical and plumbing to the new PEP tank. - The Contractor shall make all restoration to the site, including replacing any soil, sod or plants that were damaged in a timely fashion.
