Noise and Operations Management System at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Phoenix Convention Center

The City of Phoenix ("City") invites sealed offers for Noise and Operations Management System (NOMS) for a five-year period commencing on or about August 1, 2023, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by the City Council, conditioned on signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. Written Inquiries Due Date Monday, December 5, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. nichol.shrum@phoenix.gov AND avn.solicitations@phoenix.gov In case of default by the Contractor, the City may, by written notice, cancel this Contract and repurchase from another source and may recover the excess costs by (1) deduction from an unpaid balance due; (2) collection against the bid and/or performance bond, or (3) a combination of the aforementioned remedies or other remedies as provided by law. City reserves the right to: (1) waive any immaterial defect or informality; or (2) reject any or all offers or portions thereof; or (3) reissue a solicitation.
