| Description | Scope of work and general conditions include but are not limited to the following: - The Contractor must perform an annual inspection on all fire extinguishers in buildings as listed to ensure their proper operation. (Quantities provided are current however extinguishers may be added/removed by Broward Health as needed at any time during the duration of the contract). - The Contractor must recharge any extinguisher that has been discharged at any given time. - The Contractor will prepare a written certificate of the inspection and list of work completed and any repairs needed and/or recommended for each Fire Extinguisher. - The Contractor shall employ only trained, skilled, experienced personnel to perform the work - All inspections and service must be done on sight. Contractor must schedule work so as not to interfere with daily operations. | ||||
