| Description | Services will include mowing; trimming around all landscape areas, walks and other fixtures; spraying weeds in areas unable to mow (rocky swales need at least two good sprayings with weed killer at beginning of season and thereafter when needed); removal of grass clippings from all walkways and parking areas after each mowing; and the pick-up of trash in the way of mowers so not to shred and scatter trash across property. Mowing should be done to blow clippings “away” from buildings, landscape areas, and vehicles. |
