DFS- Metro Security and Fire Alarms-SLB

Initial contract term of three (3) years to include: New Equipment upgrade of Fire and Security System and monthly monitoring for initial term. Current equipment consists of: • S2 Net Box Security System • Simplex 4010 Fire Panel • Occularis Video system The security system controls: • Independent/programmable card access to 105 doors • Motion and door alarms with three separate key pads. • 74 security cameras with high capacity recording • 3 Knox boxes • Airphone Intercom/video system controlling external doors and gates The bid will include: • Upgrade of system to non-proprietary security system and fire panel • Three year monitoring with option for renewal for: 1. all security systems 2. fire systems 3. two elevators (phone/emergency system) • Quarterly inspection of fire suppression system • Annual inspection of fires system and duct smoke detectors
