This trailer will be matched with a 3-axle tractor and will be permitted for 97,000 pounds GVW. Trailer will haul hot asphalt mix and aggregate material. Mimimum County Specifications are: 1. Capacity - 21 Cubic Yd. trailer 2. Length - 36 feet minimum from King Pin to center of rear axle of trailer. 3. Maximum height - overall height cannot exceed eleven feet and six inches including the tarp. In order to pass under hoppers at asphalt plants. 4. Discharge gates - Double clam shell type gate actuated air cylinders as required to meet equipment requirement of this specification 5. Hopper Opening - Opening adjusted by chains or pins 6. Full oscillating fifth wheel plate 7. Bumper - Combination push block-rear 8. Suspension- Air Ride suspension 9. Two Rear Tandem Axles - 25,000 lbs. - Oil bath seals 10. Lights & Wiring - 12 Volt DOT legal with reflector, LED turn signals and 3 light cluster with 7-way Berg Connector, Phillips 2-prong horizontal #15-336 and Phillips 4 prong #15-400 receptacles 17. Controls - Versa Manual Control Valve or equivalent installed on left side at gates with electric control for installation in driver cab. 18. Wheels - 8.25 X 24.5 ISO or hub piloted 10-hole disk wheel 19. Tires - Steel belted, 11R24.5 tubeless load range H. (Michelin Brand) 20. Color - White with DOT reflective tape 21 Tarp-shur trak II electric or equivalent with vinyl tarp asphalt rated, with wind deflector in front of tarp or equivalent. 22. Trailer to have sideboards front, rear and both sides 23. Open frame front and back of hopper, no shed sheets weather tight registration box on frame 24. New Condition or equivalent will be considered 25. Must have an authorized service and repair facility within 150 miles of 1111 H Street, Greeley Co.
