Description

Request for Proposals Disposition of Real Property The City of Easthampton, 50 Payson Avenue, Easthampton, MA 01027, is inviting proposals for the disposition and redevelopment of three surplus school properties as affordable housing across a wide range of affordability and income levels. The properties are the Maple St. School at 7 Chapel Street, the Pepin School at 4 Park Street and the Center School at 9 School Street, all located in Easthampton Massachusetts. City of Easthampton reserves the right to waive minor informalities and to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, if deemed in the best interests of the City. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
