Phase II Drainage Project at St James Farm The work to be done for this project consists of the demolition of the existing site pavement and various site items, the repair and replacement of the existing drainage system and the installation of new pavement, site walls and landscaping. Consideration of contract award will likely be made on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. The Forest Preserve Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities Questions shall be directed to Chris Welch at cwelch@dupageforest.org The bids must be accompanied by a 10% bid security. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. The contractor shall also abide by the employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570, sec 1-7).
